Self-catering holiday cottage

Imagine yourself sitting by a crackling open fire, relaxing with a book or a drink after an invigorating day out walking the Lake District’s famous fells, absorbing stunning views, sitting by a peaceful tarn, regaining space and tranquility.

Be inspired by the landscape like so many poets and walkers, take a breath, launch into a new adventure.  There are so many to experience, more than from a single stay.

Welcome to Brock Cottage!  All this and more is yours to enjoy from our cosy bolt-hole in south-west Lakes, not least the hostelries on the doorstep, providing high quality locally-sourced food and good beer.

Additional cleaning and sanitisation with virucidal cleaner is carried out prior to your stay, including all high-touch areas. The keys, keysafe box, the waterproof maps and walk suggestions have been sanitised, and books, leaflets and games that have been used by previous guests are quarantined for a minimum of 72 hours and will not be available for your stay.  The visitor information pack will be e-mailed to you prior to your stay.  Please contact me if you have any additional queries.
