Shops, pubs and restaurant 200 yards.

The courtyard is shared with other cottages, the archway and gravel area to the rear belong to the neighbour, but cottage users have access over this to the rear concreted seating area with barbeque which is private for Brock Cottage.  The ginnel access to the courtyard is narrow, and available for unloading from a small car only - please do not park under the archway.
