  • Millom: Tesco – online orders can be delivered

 

Mobile Reception

  • Mobile phone reception at the cottage is variable: by the window in the snug or on the top floor is best.

 

WiFi

  • Wifi is available in the cottage, and the TV can be set up as a smart TV as well as for FreeSat. A fair usage policy applies to the wireless broadband internet access in the cottage.

           

Fuel

  • Petrol and diesel at Station Road Garage or CGP garage, both in Broughton

  • Coal, logs and kindling from CGP garage

Getting Around

  • Foxfield station is 2 miles away, and local taxis are available (details in the cottage information pack). The cottage library has details of bike routes nearby, including some from the door. There is a bike locking point under the archway. A car is essential for exploring the Lakes and attractions nearby.
